Fayon began her career in the mortgage business in 1985 as a part-time processor and receptionist. She obtained her DE underwriting status in 1992 and then began working as a loan officer in 1991 and has been at it ever since. This is definitely her niche and she loves her job. She will definitely go the extra mile for her customers!!!

She is an Arkansas native and graduated from Cotton Plant High School and attended University of Central Arkansas. She moved to Cabot in 1986. She has 2 daughters and one son who all graduated from Cabot High School. GO PANTHERS!!!! Her oldest daughter, Kristina, and her husband, Mike Loggins, live in Mississippi with 3 of her 4 grandchildren, Blaine, Aaden and Caitlen (twin girls). Her daughter, Jennifer, is in the Air Force and stationed at Goldsboro, North Carolina. She and her husband, J. T. Young, have the newest grandbaby, Hailey. Her son, Andrew, is in college at University of Miami. Fayon has definitely signed up for frequent flyer miles to visit those kids and especially the grandbabies!

Her involvement in community affairs include Open Arms Shelter for Abused Children and she serves as Director of the Cabot Chamber of Commerce. She is also very active the Cabot Homebuilder Association serving on the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Homebuilders Associate Council for the past 3 years.
