Olga Mathis began working with The Carroll Mortgage Group, Inc. in June 2005 as a Loan Officer. She has over 10 years experience in Banking and Finance. For the past two years Olga has dedicated herself to the expanding Hispanic market in Arkansas.

Olga was born and raised in Colombia, South America. She graduated from Javeriana University in 1994 with a degree in Industrial Engineering. She also obtained her Masters in Finance from ICESI University in Cali Colombia. Olga came to the United States to attend Virginia Tech, where she obtained a degree in English as a Second Language. Olga married her husband, Mark, in 2000 and moved to Denver, Colorado. Not long after their son Sean was born, they moved to Arkansas in search of a more relaxed life.
